Liked how newly decorated the property was and its brilliantly helpful staff in reception desk. The location was perfect, a 10-15 minute walk from a grand boulevard. There were an outdoor market and a market around the hotel.

Excellent location, almost in Via Nazionale, 15 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain, 40 minutes to the Vatican, 25 minutes to Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum. Very convenient for those tourists who need to travel through Italy by train, one metro stop at Termini Station or 10 minutes on foot. Aeroexpresses from the airport also come to this station. A great terrace with chairs, where in the evening it is very nice to sit with a glass of wine. There are many restaurants, shops, grocery supermarkets near the hotel. Also in 5 minutes is the church on Via Nazionale, where in the evening there are free concerts. The reception is on the 2nd floor, in the entrance on each floor there are mini-hotels, we lived on the 4th floor. The room is clean, the furnishings are modest, the cleaning is done every day.

The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, which might be challenging for some.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was basic but pleasant although the hotel was more bed and breakfast with no lounge or bar/cafe although there are plenty about. It was close to bus and metro links and close enough to walk to main tourist sites within 20 minutes.

Room was clean, appeared upscale, convenient location, ease of check in, convenient scheduling of airport transfer
Shower was too small, not upfront about hotel tax (posted on small print sign at desk - never verbally mentioned), surrounding restaurants very "touristy" in terms of service, food quality, and price

Great location, metro and central station are very close, easy to find,
room is quite small, noice isolation is poor, we could hear all of noises from breakfast room through the wall, internet is almost not available into rooms, breakfast is quite poor, but it's normal for hotels in Rome and Firenze.
